AV-100® Chemical Grout

This is is a two-part chemical gel designed for preventing water infiltration into manholes, mainlines, laterals, lateral connections, and various underground structures. It accomplishes this by forming a durable water-resistant barrier on the exterior of the structure. Once fully cured, AV-100 not only creates an enduring water barrier but also offers exceptional soil stabilization. To achieve this, it is used in combination with AV-101 Catalyst T+ and AV-102 Catalyst AP.

AV-275 Soilgrout™ with AV-276 Soilcat™

AV-275 Soilgrout™ in combination with AV-276 Soilcat™ comprises a low-viscosity polyurethane resin engineered to rapidly react in order to halt substantial water flow, consolidate loose granular soils, waterproof them, and fill voids. By mixing AV-275 with catalyst AV-276, a single-component solution is created, forming an impermeable barrier that can endure wet and dry cycles. It’s worth noting that AV-275 Soilgrout has been rigorously tested and certified to meet NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standards for Drinking Water System Components.

AV-202® Multigrout

AV-202 is a one-part polyurethane injection grout, activated by moisture, specifically crafted for effectively sealing active water leaks within sizable cracks or joints in concrete structures. It is frequently utilized in combination with Oakum. What sets AV-202 apart is its impressive versatility, as it has the capacity to absorb up to ten times its own weight in water. Additionally, it’s worth noting that AV-202 Multigrout has attained certification for compliance with NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standards for Drinking Water System Components.
